We are living through times of extraordinary change in Earth's climate and, in the U.S., unprecedented protest and pushback in society and politics. And learning to live with pandemic coronavirus, economic shifts, and all sorts of related and overwhelming loss. As a coach and end-of-life navigator I give a lot of thought to how we keep ourselves on track when every thing is falling apart. If you are a human facing the realities of climate change or a person contending with the challenges of health changes or chronic pain, you may be so busy navigating life that you can't find time to ask yourself some simple and important  questions:

~ What helps me feel grounded and centered?


~ What can I do today for Earth, heart, and home?

What can I offer in person or remotely that will make a          difference?


~ What encouragement will help me sustain the capacity        for action?

Each of us is contending with change, uncertainty, and loss. Sometimes we need help to see our way through to action steps for a sustainable future, or at least to a path of less suffering.

If you are grappling with life and transitions, or if you are managing a life threatening or chronic health condition, keeping these questions in your sight can contribute greatly to your quality of life. What is the support you most need? How can we make it so?


I have time and I am interested in hearing your story, in being present to encourage you, and in exploring ways to cultivate and support your own wellbeing and capacity for clear thought and action.

This is how it works:

One size does not fit all! Be in touch with me, my contact information is at the bottom of this page. We can email, text, talk on the phone, or meet via Zoom. My approach is to focus on the specific encouragements you most need in order to map your actions so that the stuff you want to accomplish gets done. We can meet just one time or once a week, however my services will best meet your needs.

A few things you should know:

  • If we're local and/or it helps, I can make home visits. [currently outdoors and masked]

  • If I don't offer or know something then I will help you find someone who does.

  • I work on a sliding fee scale, there is always a fair and affordable way.


My Practice Philosophy:

Coaching is a conversation about you: where you are now, what your goals are, and actions you can take to manifest those goals. Would you like a sounding board and someone to brainstorm with? Would it help to have support around structure and a non-judgmental person to be accountable to? Maybe you need someone in your corner rooting for you all the way! Or maybe you don't have a clue what it is you need, just a feeling that genuine encouragement will make a real difference. Let's put our heads and hearts together and collaborate!
