RITUALS FOR HEALING
Rituals help us to be grounded and intentional as we shape the thresholds we cross in our personal healing journeys. How do we attune to our own selves with sufficient understanding, and dispassion, to help our own selves heal? How do we make a path towards wholeness? What are the signposts we raise to know, or show, the way forward and/or the way back again?
If you were to make a little shrine where you can leave offerings to nourish your soul with wellbeing (enough and to spare), what elements would you add? If you were building a threshold into the country of inner peace, how would you construct the doorway? If you were making a fire circle to fuel and illuminate your healing intentions, where would you gather the stones from? If you were fashioning a bundle of all the things you want to let go of, what ribbon would you use to tie it all together, so that when you pull the bow letting go feels real?
If the idea of inventing a personal healing ritual interests you then let's explore the answers to these questions together.
"We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out."

This is how it works:
Be in touch with me, my contact information is at the bottom of this page. We can email, text, or talk on the phone. Tell me about your journey and your intentions for a ritual, and ask any questions you have. We can decide together how my services will best meet your needs, or whether it is more appropriate for me to provide a referral to another helpful professional.
A few things you should know:
If we're local and/or it helps, I can make home visits.
If I don't offer something then I will help you find someone reliable.
I work on a sliding fee scale, there is always a fair and affordable way.
Please note: If you are are seeking support for medical or mental health related concerns, rituals are to be considered a complimentary and holistic contribution to your wellbeing and are not intended or indicated as a replacement for prescribed medications, prompt medical care, psychotherapy, or other reasonable approaches to your specific situation.
